TV Pro Gear Connects with Chinese Film & Television Markets

Sep 15, 2014

Los Angeles, CA - September 2014 — TV Pro Gear was hired to shoot the first UCFTI (U.S. China Film & Television Industry) Expo held at the Los Angeles Convention Center on September 15th and 16th. The purpose of the event was for the American and Chinese filmmakers, film financiers and film distributors to explore cross-border production and distribution.

Mayor Eric Garcetti was there to kick off the event with a speech denoting how much our cultures have in common.

In addition, TV Pro Gear exhibited a large booth at the event, which has already resulted in attracting new Chinese clients who want to shoot in California using TV Pro Gear’s video trucks, stage and flypaks. The CEO of UCFTI, Bianca Chen, stated, “ We are in the midst of growth of China’s film and television industy—which makes this an important moment for US and Chinese industry leaders to work together in their respective markets. UCFTI Expo was created to bridge the gap between the two countries and provide opportunity to foster business relationships.”
