Andrew Maisner - CEO TV Pro Gear was founded by Andrew Maisner in 1998. Maisner was the owner of American Video Factory and Acclaim Studios, from 1978 to 1998. He produced Leslie Nielson's BAD GOLF MADE EASIER and Rodney Dangerfield's GUIDE TO STYLE AND ETIQUETTE and TIMOTHY LEARY, THE FINAL TRIP. Directorial credits include LAS VEGAS NIGHTS AT THE SOAPS starring Walt Willie, Hunter Tylo and Linda Dano and sixteen episodes of AMERICA'S DUMBEST CRIMINALS.
Chan Mahon - President Chandos has over twenty prominent production credits and held senior executive positions for companies such as CBS, Columbia Pictures and Imagine Films. As President of Network One, he was responsible for the creation and launch of a satellite network running 24/7. With an established creative and technical production background, Chandos brings innovative solutions to TV Pro Gear's integration projects.

Chandos Mahon, Jr. - Senior Vice President Working part time, Chandos joined TV Pro Gear in 2002 to operate eBay sales. While working part time, Chandos built his own mail-order / e-commerce company from the ground up. With this experience, Chandos became full time at TV Pro Gear in 2007. He specializes in systems design while managing TV Pro Gear’s E-Commerce.
Vince Castell - Vice President, Sales Over 21 years professional experience in sales, marketing, systems and process analysis and business development in High Technology environments promoting a World Class, or continuous improvement approach to Information Technology and Content Creation workflow solutions. Held positions as President, VP Sales and Marketing, Director of Sales and Marketing, Business Development Manager, Senior Account Manager, and Systems/Process Specialist. Worked in Film/Video, Aerospace and Telecommunications Industries. Consulted with and sold solutions, to Major Studios, Broadcasters, Post Facilities and Production Companies, Corporations, Religious Organizations and Online Content Producers. He is a systems integrator for Broadcast and Media Production Companies, Networks and Studios, designing, building and delivering production facilities, vehicles and remote production studios, "Flypaks", as a Sales Engineer. He is an accomplished sportsman with many achievements including Two time Shifterkarting Champion, Captain CSULB Soccer team (1983/84) So Cal Division II Football Champions– Antelope Valley Marauders (1981). He is an avid golfer.
Kris Pyland - Sales Engineer
Mark Zutz - Systems Engineer Mark has worked in the broadcast industry for fourteen years. He was involved in the technical design and launch of Network One as Vice President of Operations. He also served as Manager of Major Projects for Encoda Systems' large-scale automation systems overseeing the installation and integration of systems for DirecTV, XM Satellite Radio and MSNBC.

Kristel Hope - Executive Assistant / Office Manager Kristel is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant to TV Pro Gear’s President Chan Mahon. It is her job to assist the company with day to day operations. Aside from office administration, she writes up Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Invoices. A good part of her time is also spent organizing TVPG’s seminars and trade shows. She also assists the Human Resources Department and the Sales Department. Kristel holds 2 degrees from UCLA: a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology. She is ambitious and grateful for the opportunity to be part of a growing and prosperous company.
David Neff - Purchasing Manager
Boris Tahmasian - VP of Marketing Boris Tahmasian joins TV Pro Gear as VP of Marketing. He brings to TVPG a strong background in marketing which includes working with organization in the real estate, education, consumer goods, manufacturing and import/export sectors. He has managed marketing related projects for the likes of Gillette, Biogen, Park Hyatt, Harvard as well as smaller organizations. Boris is an accomplished photographer and graphic designer. He studied graphic design and photography at Mass. College of Art in Boston and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Emmanuel College also in Boston. He travels, takes nature photos, plays golf and cooks Chinese food every chance he gets.
Andrew Payne - eCommerce Manager After spending years on the web in both the world of online sales and publishing, Andrew is excited to join the team at TV Pro Gear. He is working on maintaining content and product for the website. He enjoys playing golf and is a die hard Philadelphia Phillies and Eagles fan.

Bernel Nery - Senior Broadcast Engineer Before coming to TV Pro Gear, Bernel spent five years as an on-site Sony engineer under contract to Direct TV at their Central Broadcast Center for Latin America in Long Beach, CA. His extensive technical training includes Sony Certification for Digital Betacam, Betacam SP, Flexicart and Digital Router Systems. His background also includes IT maintenance, integration and troubleshooting.
Tyler Purcell - Engineer Since he was a teenager, Tyler has been involved in the broadcast industry. Starting at a local community access TV station when he was 13 years old and eventually moving into national TV networks, he has been a technical advisor and post supervisor for more then 14 years. Along with being invlolved in the broadcast industry, Tyler's passion has been Apple computers. With this passion, Tyler has become a Certified Apple Technician. Combining broadcasting with Apple allows Tyler to Engineer, Design, and Support post production facilities.
