All products purchased from TV Pro Gear, Inc. are warranted to the Original Purchaser against all defects in material and workmanship for the periods defined herein. The warranty period shall be ninety days for labor and parts. TV PRO GEAR, INC. warrants only that these items are within the original equipment manufacturer's specifications when they are shipped to the customer except for video and audio heads that are warranted to be in good working order.
Warranty Service will be performed only at TV Pro Gear, Inc. approved service centers. Warranty service will be provided, to the customer, only when the proper repair request and return procedure is completed.
TV Pro Gear, Inc. reserves the right to either repair or replace an item after it has been inspected. If, upon inspection, it is determined that the repair is either impossible or impractical, the item will be replaced with an item of equal or superior capability. If a comparable replacement cannot be provided, a refund will be issued to the customer.
If a product is to be returned for service, via a carrier, a warranty service request must be made directly to TV Pro Gear, Inc. and customer must receive a TV Pro Gear, Inc. Return Authorization prior to any action being taken. The item being returned must be clearly marked with the RA Number on the outside of the shipping package. The cost of shipping to TV Pro Gear, Inc. will be borne by the shipper. The unit will be returned to the sender, via the same class of shipping service, at a cost that will be borne by TV Pro Gear, Inc. If the product is to be returned in person, the same RA request must be made in advance, and an RA Number must be issued. A scheduled time for the return will be set so that the item can be immediately inspected to determine the Warranty Status.
If, upon inspection, it is determined that the defect is the result of misuse or other damage and is not caused by normal wear and tear, the customer will be notified and an estimated cost of repair will be provided. If the customer should decide not to have the service performed by TV Pro Gear, Inc., there will be a One Hour charge for labor and the unit will be returned at the customer's expense unless other credit arrangements can be made in advance.
There are no further warranties, either expressed or implied, including warranties of Merchantability or Fitness for a Particular Purpose that have any bearing upon this transaction.
RETURN POLICY: Customers, for any reason, may return equipment for a full refund within 48 hours from time of receipt of equipment.

There are a number of items that we do not offer an extended warranty due to the fact that the resale value is so low compared to the cost of repair it would be a disservice to offer extended warranties to our clients. These are listed below:
Any VTR costing below $1,000. Batteries. Items with known problems that are sold “as is”. Please see page “One Year Warranty” for the exact terms of the warranty.
