Is there a warranty with my used equipment purchase?

All items come with a free a 90-day warranty. One-year extended warranties at extra cost.

What if I am not happy with my purchase?

You have two days from the receipt of your equipment to accept or reject the equipment. We will refund your money if the item is received back within the two-day evaluation period. Out of State sales will receive a refund if the equipment is received back to us within four days. Items damage in shipping are not returnable. The buyer is advised to seek reimbursement from the shipper.

Do you sell new equipment?

Yes. Most of the major lines are represented by TV Pro Gear.

Will you ship anywhere in the world? What shipping methods do you use?

We ship anywhere. We will be happy to use your preferred shipper with your account number. If you need us to pick a shipper there will be a nominal handling charge added. The U.S. Post office is no longer a shipping option due to its policy change on receiving packages.

What are our payment options?

You can mail a check to us prior to shipment, wire transfer (this is a requirement for all international orders), Shipped COD-Certified Funds, or Credit Card (Master Card, Visa, Discover, American Express or Paypal).

Do I need to pay sales tax?

You will be required to pay local sales tax if you are located in California or New York. We will accept California or New York Tax Exemption certificates and resale cards when supplied at time of purchase.
