Step 1: Getting Started

Before we can even begin to design your product, we must first understand your needs and requirements. Once this is defined, our team goes to work developing a plan to help you meet your goals.
Once this plan is finished, we come up with a preliminary equipment list, design and total price. Once this proposal is approved the excitement really begins!

Step 2: Design
--------------------------------
After signing an Integration Contract, we can begin the design phase of our process. We will submit for your approval detailed CAD Drawings and a finalized work flow and design concept.
If you approve our design, we can start to make it come to life.

Step 3: Engineering
--------------------------------
During the engineering phase, TV Pro Gear's experts will finalize the equipment list with a detailed rundown of everything that will go into making the design work. Additionally, we will develop a Patch Layout, Rack Layout and detailed CAD Drawing of the Audio, Video, Wiring and Labeling components of your system.
Of course, nothing is ever set in stone until we get your approval.

Step 4: Equipment
--------------------------------
Once everything is finalized, our team will order and painstakingly test all the equipment to make sure it is functioning flawlessly. We will also pre-wire the entire system and arrange travel accomodations if needed.

Step 5: Installation
--------------------------------
Once all the equipment is ready, our team will install and ready everything for use. We will thoroughly test every aspect of the completed system to make certain that every single piece is working perfectly.
After all this is taken care of, we will deliver all the documentation for the system as well as the system itself.

Step 6: Training & Support
--------------------------------
Unlike other integrators, TV Pro Gear will not leave it up to you to figure out how to operate your new system. Our expert team provides thorough training, and we won't stop teaching until you're finished learning.
We even offer long term support contracts, leaving us just a phone call away should any issue ever arise with your system.
